The Program Officer will coordinate with district health teams and facilities to ensure continuity of life-saving HIV/TB services. The officer will also liaise with technical leads and other cluster team members to enhance PMTCT/EID services, pediatric transitions, and community engagement. The role includes supporting data reporting, laboratory services, and commodity supply chains while developing work plans and facilitating strategic planning with district leadership.
Degree in Medicine or Nursing; postgraduate training in Public Health or Project Management is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with donor-funded HIV/TB programs.
Strong familiarity with district-level government systems and willingness to work in rural areas.
Strong skills in data analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop activity plans and manage project budgets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
